Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original BURGA packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all original inserts.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
